A graduate of the prestigious Interlochen Arts Academy as well as USC, Rachel brings to her work the unique perspective of having attended many different types of schools including large, underfunded public ones, a Montessori school, a small creative private school, a rigorous college preparatory school, and an arts boarding school. A gifted artist and writer, she has worked extensively in theatre, film, and TV and has lived and worked all around the country, performing everything from classics like Shakespeare to brand new world-premiere plays.
In addition to her creative work, Rachel has studied with the ICF certified life-coaching school, Mentor Coach; specializing in life, relationship, and wellness coaching. In her work with clients, Rachel uses her life coach training and expertise as well as her creative insight to help students discover their inner passions so that they can begin creating the lives that they want now. This includes college admissions consulting (helping students to find their unique voice and use it both to determine which schools are truly good fits for them as well as how to get noticed by those schools), acting coaching, as well as private life and career coaching, where she helps teens and young adults navigate the ins and outs of their lives (social pressures, relationships, communication skills, extracurricular activities, health and wellbeing, balance, etc). A history and literature nerd, she also tutors in all humanities (including history, literature, and writing) and relies on her wide-ranging passions (from sports to politics to music and art) to create unique relationships with each individual student, allowing her to shine a new and personal light on any historical event, piece of writing, goal, or deadline in order to help her clients soar.
